We went around the room and identified "the most important stuff" that we need to do. We came up with a list of 39. We each then got to vote for our top three, so there was somewhere in the neighborhood of 100 votes cast. (We realized later that half the group thought these things were the most important things, and about half thought they were the most important things that we weren't already doing.)
