Rework civicrm.com so that it is the primary site for new prospective users of CiviCRM. The site should speak to an audience that is new to CRMs and/or CiviCRM, and should provide basic information in order that site visitors can quickly understand what CiviCRM is and how it may benefit them. Examples of things it should address:

• What is CiviCRM?
• Features and benefits
• Social and organization proof
• Is it right for my organization?

The priorities for this phase are:

• Relocate case studies over to civicrm.com
• Relocate feature pages over to civicrm.com
• Create a "reference directory" for partners
• Redo the homepage of civicrm.com and Relocate spark to interior
• Provide clear pathways for users to get started
