Register CiviCRM as Stripe Partner

We need to verify that the extension meets all the requirements listed at https://stripe.com/docs/partners/requirements

For example, we don't currently require a specific API version and we need to.

From 5.2 we are requesting a specific API version as required by Stripe.

This is in progress. I submitted CiviCRM's profile a few months back. Will follow up.

It looks as though Stripe would call this extension a "Plugin". In the Plugin tab on this page https://stripe.com/docs/partners/requirements#specific it has a requirement:

• Use Checkout or Elements to tokenize payment information

That doesn't look entirely straightforward as it would mean changing to Stripe.js v3 and Elements (also relevant to #29 (closed)). I think registering as a Stripe Partner is a great initiative by the way.
