CiviCRM adopted this trademark policy and brand standard in 2015 https://civicrm.org/trademark and has gradually increased its enforcement. There have been suggested revisions to it, specifically as it relates to the use of "civicrm" in domain names. The purpose of this item is to review the current policy and to decide on appropriate revisions to it.
