The extension breaks the 'new payment processor' form

If Stripe is installed, you cannot properly add a payment processor that is not Stripe. The extension removes the Site URL and Recurring Payments URL fields from the 'new payment processor' form in CiviCRM. We had to manually add the missing URLs in the DB for Authoriz.net to work
