Can't submit credit card memberships: Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: this.form is null

I am having trouble submitting a membership payment via the back end.

When I hit the "save" button, nothing happens on the screen and I get the following in the javascript console:

@jamie Thanks, this is related to fixes in 6.5.3 - we need to apply the same fix in mjwshared (CRM.payment library) - see mjwshared!11 (merged)
