Postal code always disabled

If a user is trying to use a card that isn't associated with their address, they can't seem to edit the zip code, it always appears as a disabled text input. Is there a way to make the field editable.

@finalfreq The billing address should always match the card. It can't be edited because it tracks the value in the card element

Note that 6.4 will allow you to disable the billing fields entirely at which point you can collect whatever you like using profiles and are not forced to display the billing address fields.
