Add StripeCustomer.getFromStripe and StripeCustomer.updateStripe API4 actions to get/set stripe customer metadata

Don't overwrite params passed to doPayment because it's passed by reference and used by some core code which can't handle propertyBag and we don't want to change the input array

Use calculated amount for multiple event participant registration. This allows use to use paymentIntent instead of setupIntent which means that cards requiring 3DSs will not fail for multiple event participant registration
