Don't handle invoice.paid event - it gets processed at the same time as invoice.payment_succeeded and sometimes causes duplicate payments to be created

Add system check for 'Is separate membership payment' on contribution pages which is not supported by the Stripe extension

This merge requests also fixes the previously broken tests.
