If Stripe is not using the same currency as the payment was made we need to convert the fees/net amounts back to the CiviCRM currency

Don't explicitly set webhook version when creating webhook. It will automatically track the dashboard API version

Resolve issues with backend forms and tax amounts. Also resolve issues with money formats that don't use a dot as decimal separator.
