fix regression on required checkbox fields

It looks like these lines were just left out accidentally?

@JonGold I can't see when this might have been added and then removed? Can you give me steps to reproduce?

It looks like these lines were removed in stripe!144 (merged) . As mentioned in stripe#241, applying this patch resolves a re-occurence of that issue (noting that issue was closed but not reported resolved, per my reading of the comments).

I recommend merging these changes.
