Modify Date Value Update to use value from triggering entity

Expand out update date value.

These change give more option for source date fields. It can come from a custom field on the contact or a date on the triggering entity such as the activity date/time, event start date, or participation register date. Other entities could be added and supported.

I have been using this action for a few week successfully.

Just merged upstream master. Does updater need modfied?

It looks like you have made the Contact Update Date action generic. And I agree with a generic concept but I dont agree that this should be then in Contact Update Date action class. It should be called something which indicates it is a generic action.

Naming suggestions? Also, would it need categorized differently in the folder structure?

There is a directory called CRM/CiviRulesActions/Generic put it there with the right class name etc.

Ok. I will do that and update PR.
