Add Trigger "Contact group status has changed"

We use the "MailingEventSubscribe" and Pending status of groups to double-OptIn people to our Mailing Lists. However we want to do operations when the Person accepted the DOI and the status of the group changes from "Pending" to "Added". Right now, we use a Daily Trigger for this, but that means it can take up to a day until the operation gets triggered.
