Demonstrates possible refactoring with backwards compatibility of the Action: Create Relationship With Type Parameter; adds Type Parameter to Create Relationship Action.

Less duplicate code, less code to maintain.

Have tested both actions after the update and still functioning correctly.

Will have merge conflicts if/when !178 (merged) is merged. Can update the MR.
