Migrate multisite installation guide to Installation Guide

wmortada requested to merge wmortada/sysadmin:migrate-installation-guide into master

Should only be merged after installation!22 (merged)

The multisite installation page has been migrated to the new Installation Guide (see installation!22 (merged)). This removes it from the SysAdmin guide, provides some redirects and updates the home page to reflect these changes.

Resolves #276 (closed).
