Default from email address on multisite not restricted to its domain
Overview
After upgrading to 5.23.4 on multisite the from email address does not respect the domain ID. However we used to see this occur and I think it was resolved prior by saving the default from email address on the right domain although I cannot be sure. After clearing cache with cv flush whichever domain ID I go to first shows 'correctly' but then that would be the default from email address shown on any other domain I'd go to subsequently. So it looks like a caching issue. Very similar to #1677 (closed).
Reproduction steps
- Run cv flush
- Go to a contact with an email
- Click actions > send email
- You'll see the correct from email address for the domain you first test on.
- Go to another domain and run steps 2-3 and it will be the same default from email address in step 4. Repeats on all other domains.
Current behaviour
Default from email address is not respected.
Expected behaviour
You should only see from email address of the organization domain when sending an email.
