Support the removal of Richard Stallman from Free Software Foundation (FSF) leadership positions, and support the resignation of FSF board members

CiviCRM as an organization should support the call for Richard Stallman, AKA 'RMS', to be removed from leadership positions at the Free Software Foundation, and should support the resignation of the FSF board members.
