Minor fixes

Migrate PseudoConstant Reference Document

I just renamed the wiki page to remove the parenthesis and then
simplified these redirects. Why? Because I'm not sure how our redirect
system will handle this and want to err on the side of caution.

Fix URLs to be standard

Update hook_civicrm_caseSummary.md

Migrate Quickform Reference Documents

(so that we can avoid a broken link in a wiki page we're migrating)

I was just trying this hook out in 4.7.22, the result pulls out the first element of the return and lists that on the case summary page. From the old docs, just gets the first key/val pair, then displays the first character of the label/value string.

Rewite into Orange light code to handle issue #11 as well
