In this page and other `tools/*.md` pages, the sections use basic
capitalization.

These examples are in a code block  - which prevents wrapping. When reading on the published site, you have to scroll horizontally.

Moving them to separate lines makes them more legible.

There's a typo in the URL here. Should be test.civicrm.org not tests.civicrm.org.

I didn't add in the ESR as I don't believe the policy  is clear enough to be documented but generally I understand that the discussion takes place on the ESR channel & PRs are not really encouraged against the branch - the CT would do a PR if they decide to backport or agree someone else would

Clarified when the backtrace is displayed, i.e. calling &backtrace=1 does not trigger an immediate backtrace unless an error occurs.
