Upgrade 1006, added nbr_assent_pis_version field to civicrm_value_nbr_assent_data table
Upgrade adds Custom group+ field for nbr_assent_pis_versions and an option group with 2 selectable values for it. Main concern is whether the nbr_assent_data custom group creation is necessary given its creation in a previous upgrade (If it already exists, no issues occur but might not be best practice)
