* A **shortcode** is manually set to build all the related urls, ie 'the-moon-2020'. Because the url is used in constructing most of the views & sub-pages this is manually assigned here.
* Add the class 'checklist' to any <ul> element to get green ticks by your unordered list.
* The sub menu will automatically include links to home, register, sponssorship page and venue details as those sections are filled in.

## Sponsor levels
These are handled through taxonomy. You can create a new set here: [https://civicrm.org/admin/structure/taxonomy/sponsorship_levels]. As there are lots of 'gold sponsor' levels for different events with different prices, making it hard to tell on some select lists which is which, each sponsor level is grouped under a placeholder of the event name.

As there are lots of 'gold sponsor' levels for different events with different prices, making it hard to tell on some select lists which is which, each sponsor level is grouped under a placeholder of the event name.
* So firstly create the placeholder level which is the name of the event, eg 'The Moon (placeholder)'.
* Then create each sponsor level as a taxonomy, setting price, discount, etc. The key thing to decide with each is if the logo will display as *full*, *medium* or *text* — what you set here will define how the logo appears later. Make sure you set the event name as the parent taxonomy.
* If you've also filled in the sponsor details in the event node above, you should now get a page at civicrm.org/civicamp/the-moon-2020/sponsorship with header / footer / sponsor link and the sponsor levels.

## Event sponsors
These can be created at [https://civicrm.org/node/add/sponsor] - and the name, logo and link and sponsor level (for the right event) is added. If the sponsor has sponsored a previous event then you can just edit their record and add the sponsor level for the new event.

**NB**A logo is needed, even if they are sponsoring at a level which doesn't display a logo.

##Related event detail pages
These can be created at [https://civicrm.org/node/add/event-detail-page] – and are for extra pages not included above. They are a standard page node with an added select field to chose the related event. When published the page will include the appropriate event menu and the sponsor block footer - and will create the correct URL.

##Other event pages
If you create other node types - ie a webform for collecting session proposals - you can convert the display into a panel and then add a view for the event submenu and sponsor block at the top and bottom. The submenu and sponsor block pane will filter to the correct details based on the URL. Because of this they can't, currently, be included on CiviCRM contribution/event pages because of how paths are handled. |
