Event registration "error 9000" while trying to register for the Ashbourne sprint

Someone reported a bug with event registration:

I was trying to book some tickets to the Sprint, but I keep getting a Stripe error message (9000) - see screenshot below.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
