Upgrade of from CiviRules schema version 1001 fails

kainuk requested to merge CIVIRULES-8 into master

In the current version all the DDL files are merged into one file 'auto_install.sql`. The effect is that an upgrade from versions that are rather old fails, because the old DDL are removed. This MR adds this files (but with other names to avoid confusion)
