Add a Scheduled Job to update translations, or status check?

It might be nice to have a Scheduled Job to update translation files on a daily/weekly/monthly basis?

Although I'm not sure if it's really worth it:

• People might not appreciate having translations that randomly change
• It might generate a lot of traffic on the civicrm.org infra

and it's still pretty easy to setup a Scheduled Job manually (API: uplang.fetch).

but it might be good to have a Status Check for when the translation files have not been updated in 2-3 months?
