Enhancements to monitor/upgrade recurring contributions search/form

  • Adds "payment processor" and "contact (entityref)" to the "Upgrade Recurring Contributions" search.
  • Fixes links in monitor recur so that: View recurring does not go to frontend on WordPress. View Activity includes contact ID (as it complains when you click done otherwise). Both are popup instead of new tab.
