Menu item for Gift Aid submission settings doesn't appear

After upgrading to 1.85 the settings menu hasn't (re)appeared for this extension. I have the submenu 'Gift Aid' with submenus 'GiftAid Basic Rate Tax' and 'Settings' but not the expected 'Online Gift Aid submission settings'. When I installed the upgrades I only saw one database update run - the message said that the extensions (i.e.plural) require a database update, but only one ran (did it do both?). I have cleared caches, disabled & re-enabled this extension but no settings menu appears. By the way, the other Gift Aid extension appears to be all OK, with the field 'given_date' add to the civicrm_value_gift_aid_declaration table, so that got upgraded OK.
