GA report for submission to HMRC

I've found a couple of problems with creating the report for submission to HMRC in the 3.4.2 version.

  1. House names are not handled correctly for the spreadsheet (just the first word in the name is included)
  2. The fields do not comply with the HMRC spreadsheet format, so some fiddling is required post output.

Changes are proposed to deal with these issues.
