Tweaks 19 sep

Changes:

1. the Actions button in the dropdown1 snippet can now be clicked to show/hide the dropdown (prev it obscured the following snippet)

2. put indicator on which category you're looking at

3. used localStorage to save and reload the category you last looked at - so while developing a theme you can just hit reload on the page.
