Adding Country Field and duplicate PriceSet link to change the Province/Country
This is related to #10 (closed) which was fixed in !11 (merged), but unfortunately my original applied patch locally didn't get all the changes I made. I apologize for that. This includes the changes specifically for Hiding the Country and only outputting one message at the top.
