Bug with codeviewFilterRegex expression -> It's invalid thus it's always being activated
On version 1.2.1
of Summernote, we've exposed 2 new configuration settings: codeviewFilter
& codeviewFilterRegex
.
By default, when the codeviewFilter
option is turned off (checkbox) , there is no regular expression pattern replacement on the code entered in Summernote.
However, due to a wrong way to process the default provided regular expression string, the malformed string appears to trigger the default regular expression html tag replacement, even if the codeviewFilter
is OFF/FALSE.
On the release 1.2.2
this will be fixed, however, in order to make things work as they should, please use the "Reset only plugin configuration" button on the configuration page, so that the regular expression pattern gets reset into its proper value and then save the configuration page again.
