Stripe Dashboard Setting

From the Stripe dashboard, enable the BACS debit option in the 'Payment Method' settings ( https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/payments )

CiviCRM Setting

Enable the BACS Direct debit option in CiviCRM Stripe settings

Set up a membership sign-up page
Monthly Subscription page with BACS Direct debit option.
