Add info to reports

mattwire requested to merge mattwire/reporterror:addinfo into master
  • Add HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR to section that contains REMOTE_ADDR and HTTP_USER_AGENT if defined (will be set if behind a proxy).
  • Add option to show 'GET' data in report.
