radiobuttons compatibility

Radio Buttons now has the option to convert your "Amounts" to buttons.

However, clicking on "Other Amount" doesn't trigger the JS in radiobuttons that removes the selected class from the parent. This change seems innocuous enough, and I'm imagining it would be common to use the two extensions together.
