Added 'Cases' tab for saving the email to the case activity, which will also allow to edit the subject before filing into a case.
Changes to create new contact and also to update existing contact with the email Id from the address bars.
Added new api for recording all api calls from outlook.
Added a new page - Debug Helper to check the api calls and its request and responses.
