checking a meeting or webinar ID after it has been saved fails because of thousands separator added

It seems that the custom field type of Float adds thousands separators when displaying, possibly per this CiviCRM Core code.

With the commas in place, one would need to remove them before being able to save again due to the validation of the meeting ID.

So, a quick fix is to add replacing commas and periods with nothing, as is done for spaces. MR to come momentarily.
