@bgm This merges the functionality in https://github.com/mjwconsult/civicrm-emailreceipts as we don't need two extensions :-)

Adds the following settings:

  • Block All - to block sending of ALL message templates.
  • Create Activity - to create an activity when sending ANY message template.
