Minifier conflicts with Afform

Please look at this chat: https://chat.civicrm.org/civicrm/pl/x93986sw4jn9jkzxx5mg4hawwr where Tim Otten and I debugged an issue with the Afform Admin built into 5.31.0 not working. It looks like minifier corrupts the angular .json file.
