Draft: Add new option to place amount labels above amounts

ayduns requested to merge ayduns/inlaypay:label_above into main

Change 'Amount button text' to 'Amount label placement' to better reflect what it means. Change related 'amountButtonText to 'amountLabelPlacement' Change description of placement options (applies to radios, not just buttons)
