Minor changes with CHF Currency and option selector

César requested to merge Csar/inlaypay:dev#CHF into main

Hello @artfulrobot, It has been reported to me that the symbol is not used, and CHF currency is more used. I have adapted the code for this, I have also included a "-" for the selector, I think it is more clean. Ex: "CHF - CHF".

I have not been able to test the option selector, the changes do not apply to me, maybe it has to be compiled? I believe the change is correct, I need to practice with svelte.
