Confirmation page shows empty file field

Steps to replicate:

1. Create a Grant custom group with file custom field.
2. Configure a profile and include that file custom field.
3. Configure a grant application page with that profile.
4. Then go to live grant application page and upload a file in that profile field and submit

Current Behavior

The confirmation page loads with an empty file field.
