"Checkbox text" in event and contribution pages - add extension scope to tpl

I made two interventions in the extension to:

  1. manage the translation of 'Terms & Conditions' (#343): I added the extension scope to tpl
  2. in event and contribution Terms & Condition now we can customize "Checkbox text"
