- Remove validation of redirect link as it stops you configuring a URL if you are using a test site behind basic auth etc (as it's not accessible)
- Fix php notices, cleanup comms preferences form
- Add option to send an email confirmation when updating communication preferences
- Fix permissions on update prefs for anonymous
- Don't try and add 'GDPR status' to contact summary if we're using contact layout and section is not present.
