PHP 8 compatibility

Hi Eric,

formercommunicationdata cannot run under PHP 8 due to a small error in formercommunicationdata.civix.php that was created by an old version of civix, which I know well from other extensions where I’ve proposed the same fix. Some extension developers preferred to rerun civix (a newer version of it) on their extensions. But in many cases, this tiny change is enough. I am only submitting this for a colleague and we haven’t verified that there are no further PHP 8 issues. Could you give your code a brief look and maybe, if this is all that’s needed, merge this MR?
