Upgrade autogenerated code (civix)

Was there any need for this update? I have recently issues with Civix generated code (specially round the routing, hook_civicrm_menu)

Compare with previous version

I haven't noticed issues myself. The main reason for the upgrade is to be fully compatible with latest versions of CiviCRM and PHP8.x so it will need to be done at some point.
