Declare dependency on legacycustomsearches

DaveD requested to merge DaveD/dataprocessor:deps into master

Core is planning to make it possible to uninstall legacycustomsearches in the UI. If somebody did that, it would break dataprocessor. By declaring it in info.xml, the UI won't let them uninstall legacycustomsearches.
