Support custom data fields

It would be nice to support custom fields.

For example, you currently can't select a Contact custom field as a "field to display".

@jaapjansma Can you comment on the status, if this is planned, and if you have any idea of the effort required?

You can use custom fields. You just have to use the right source. So if your custom field is only on Individuals, then your data source needs to be Individual
