Cannot insert a hyperlink when editing Scheduled Reminders in a popup
To reproduce:
- Enable ckeditor5, set as the default editor
- Go to Administer > Communications > Scheduled Reminders
- Click "New Scheduled Reminder"
Then:
- Enter some text
- Select the text, and click the hyperlink toolbar icon
Result: cannot enter an actual link, UI is kind of frozen.
