Allow to trigger on case activities or non-case activities and filter by record type

  • Overview 1
  • Commits 1
  • Changes 9

This extends the newly added "Activity Scheduled Date" Cron trigger to allow:

  1. Filtering by record type (assignee, target, source contact) like you can already do with activity post trigger.
  2. Filtering by if it is a case activity or not.

Also "Activity date reached" Cron trigger is updated to support these two params.
