Activity date condition

There have been some changes with 2.0. I was using the mgd files but it appears that you folks no longer use them. I am unsure how to handle the upgrader as it might overwrite something you have. So I am submitting just the conditions and the sql to insert them into the db without an upgrader. They are relatively simple so hopefully there wont be an issue.
