Fix #123 Some triggers don't fire anymore

mattwire requested to merge mattwire/civirules:eventtriggers into master

Delete triggers did not work because I did not implement the delete events.

GroupContact did not work because it bypasses DAO - thanks @tschuettler for identifying!
